REALITY TV stars Sam and Billie Faiers arrived in Chester to judge the go-style.co.uk best dressed competition.
The Only Way is Essex (TOWIE) sisters Sam and Billie Faiers famously opened their own clothing boutique Minnies on the show and have since become promoters of Essex glamour across the nation.
Sam and Billie were recruited by Golden Square Shopping Centre’s fashion website go-style.co.uk to put their fashion know-how to the test and see what they made of the CH1 dress code.
Ian Cox, marketing manager of Golden Square Shopping Centre in Warrington, said: “It was great to have Sam and Billie representing us at the races for our annual best dressed competition. Not only for their love of fashion but the show has created so much hype that the race-goers were very excited to see them in Chester.
“Not only did they judge the best dressed at Chester but the girls gave some exclusive style tips for Warrington shoppers.”
Winning best dressed couple Aimee Connor and Paul Callaghan, who were narrowed down from hundreds of entrants, received a £750 shopping spree in Golden Square and runners-up Robin and Kathryn Lane and Chris Kershaw and Adele Newby also received £500 and £250 prizes.
Sam said: “We had so much fun at Chester Races and it was great to see all the amazing outfits that people were wearing.
“ Judging the best dressed competition for go-style was definitely a job I could get used to.”
Billie added: “It was our first time coming to Chester and we loved it. We’d love to come back again.”
