CONWY harbour will play host to a bevy of floor-stomping bands as part of the Conwy Quay rocks music festival.

The festival, which is part of the annual Conwy River Festival, will showcase a wide range of musicians for every musical taste at the Liverpool Arms Bandstand on the quay.

It will begin at 6pm on Friday August 19, and continue until 11pm the same night.
On Saturday August 20 and Sunday August 21, the bands will play from 5pm to 11pm.

Returning rockers Megadeth UK will be once again getting audiences in the mood for music, with a plethora of top local acts ranging from bilingual reggae band Tacsi to self-described "four-piece groove-funk-rock band with a flute" Screaming Citizens keeping the music going through the weekend.

Entry to the venue is free.
