CONCERNS are growing for the whereabouts of a vulnerable man who has been missing from hospital for three days.
James Gilmartin, 33, also known as James Grant, has not been see since he left Ysbyty Gwynedd on 8.48 am on Friday, August 26.
Inspector Tony Latham said “ I am concerned for the welfare of this gentleman and I would ask members of the public and workers involved with public transport to kindly report any potential sighting of this gentleman to the numbers provided."
A North Wales Police spokesman said that Mr Gilmartin arrived from Ireland earlier in the week.
He is described as 5ft 10ins tall, of medium build, clean shaven, although he may now have three days of stubble, and collar length, mousey-coloured hair.
Mr Gilmartin was wearing dark blue or black jeans, a cream woolen jumper and a grey sports jacket, similar to a suit jacket.
