WREXHAM FC pulled off a stunning 1-0 victory at League One Brentford to book a place in the third round of the FA Cup.

Andy Morrell's side, who top the Blue Square Premier, took the lead just after half and hour of the game through Jamie Tolley's volley.

They held on to seal a shock victory and set up the possibility of a money-spinning third round clash.

Amazing how the players, fans and staff continue to be positive when we know can see how the previous owners ran the club into the ground. The cup run has helped the fan run clubs finances but there is still a black hole to be filled before the seasons end. Does anyone still believe that the Moss, Dickens and Roberts Homes era was good for Our towns club?
