CHESTER will play host to an FA Premier Reserve League match next week between Liverpool and Manchester United.

“It’s great news for everyone at Chester that Liverpool will be facing Manchester United next week and I’m sure a lot of people from this area will be wanting to watch the match.
“The fixture will provide Chester FC will valuable income, but it’s also great that we have forged links with a big Premiership club like Liverpool and we hope the occasion proves a success and that it will be the first of many reserve team fixtures at Chester."
The match has been switched from the scheduled afternoon fixture at the Kirkby Academy.
Admission will be £5 for adults and £1 for children, with all four sides of the ground being open, although the West Stand will be reserved for Manchester United supporters.
