Customer service at core of Apple store's award

MCC celebrate after receiving a national customer service award. 

A CITY centre retailer has won a national award for customer service.

Chester’s leading Apple Mac store, MCC, has come out top in a national customer satisfaction survey carried out by Apple.

The Watergate Row store achieved 100 per cent customer satisfaction in the survey.
 It went on to win the customer service award from Apple.

Head technician at MCC’s service centre, Richard Paige, said: “Everyone here is delighted to win this award.

“We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service to all our customers and it’s fantastic to be nationally recognised by Apple.”
