THE star of TV’s Hell’s Kitchen has brought his unique cuisine to Chester with the launch of his latest restaurant.
The Marco Pierre White steakhouse, bar and grill at Doubletree by Hilton, Warrington Road, Hoole, Chester recently opened its doors to customers.
Marco said: “There has been a great response to the opening of the restaurant at Doubletree by Hilton Chester.
“My close friend Francis Carroll and school friend Tony Wright are doing a fantastic job at Doubletree and I’m looking forward to seeing them when I visit at the beginning of this month.
“The steakhouse, bar and grill has been created to appeal to everyone with affordable glamour as my key concept. Already Chester has embraced my vision and I am thrilled.”
According to Marco, the menu features unpretentious dishes made using the finest quality ingredients, including dry hung Ridings reserve steak from Scotland and the decor of the restaurant, designed by interior architecture firm, Falconer Chester Hall, features luxurious velvet booths, dark metallic walls and chandeliers.
Francis Carroll said: “The restaurant has made an excellent start with a very busy first couple of weeks and next week is set to be even busier.
“It’s great to see so many people enjoying good food and the feedback we have received is outstanding.”
Marco will be visiting the restaurant on March 11.
