Date set for Gok Wan's Wrexham fashion fix

THE time and venue has been revealed for Wrexham’s visit from fashion guru Gok Wan.

Gok will be filming his show Gok’s Fashion Fix at the Memorial Hall, Bodhyfryd, at 9am on Sunday, March 21.

The TV-style expert will be holding an open audition and is asking Wrexham residents to bring items from their wardrobe for him to look at.

Richard Dyson, senior researcher from Endemol UK, makers of the Channel Four show, said: “We want to get a crowd together so ladies and gents can meet Gok and show their worst clothing items.

“Gok will ask them to chat through their wardrobes and will be giving advice.”

    This is on the same day as the drag walk in Wrexham. Maybe the guys in drag could pop in for some fashion tips? ;-)

    Sadly, the trackie and fluffy boot wearing populace of Wrexham, who need all the help they can get, aren't likely to be up at 9am on a Sunday morning.
