A MENTAL health information service is available throughout March.
The service, organised by the Mind mental health charity, has been set up to help people who are worried, stressed or depressed, or are carers or friends of someone who suffers from mental health issues.
Mind’s dedicated team will provide information and focus on a range of mental health conditions and other support services at their regular “meet-ups”.
The following meetings have been arranged:
* March 15 at St Peters Church, The Cross, Chester, from 10am to noon; March 22 at Pathways in Ellesmere Port from 10.30am to 12.30pm; March 25 at Wesley Methodist Church, St John Street in Chester (Dementia Awareness) from 10am to 12.30pm.
* April 12 at Wesley Methodist Church, St John Street in Chester from 10am to noon; April 19 at St Peters, The Cross, Chester, from 10am to noon; April 26 at the Healthy Living Centre in Ellesmere Port from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
* May 10 at Wesley Methodist Church, St John Street in Chester from 10am to noon; May 17 at St Peters, The Cross in Chester from 10am to noon; May 24, Healthy Living Centre at Ellesmere Port from 10.30 am to 12.30pm.
